VORTRON TOWER MASTER -HC

Vortonics " VortronTowermaster -HC " system is an innovative concept in the field of   water processing and treatment. It comes in various configurations and can be easily installed in the present water mains, well water mains, agriculture and industrial applications.

This ON-Line equipment does not require any energy for operation. It requires no regeneration or maintenance, resulting in zero equipment down time and zero equipment deterioration. It does not require adding any chemicals. The theory of working of the Vortron TowerMaster-HC is very simple.. Using ; Vortronics  proprietary technology The Vortron process makes the use of the flow and chemical characteristics of water to create a " fluid machine' This fluid machine works a a molecular level.  The unit alters both the water and the minerals in the water. The altered minerals no longer act to " harden" the water Going beyond standard water systems  Vortronics employs innovative applications of vortex phenomena to not only to separate contaminants from the water but to restructure , re-energize and activate the water itself.  As the water is processed  the flow of water is agitated for the tiny precipitates present in the water to be compressed throughout the chambers and processed to the point of particulate expulsion through the expellers. Once done, it flows to the reactor chamber where the water is further energized before use.   Water, whose properties contain a variety of salts, lime, bacteria  (depending on the design specification),.

Salts that are suspended in water which are light in weight and have their own characteristics are also processed and further precipitation of these elements provide for a totally scale free system.

The systems is engineered to remove semi-soluble and insoluble molecules form many types of liquids, its primary application is for the water remediation. Unlike activate carbon which relies upon physiochemically entrapping water insoluble organic compounds, the unit actually solubilizes both water soluble and insoluble organic compounds, bonds them to its surface and keeps them from separating and emulsifying.

The new process vs. existing technologies

 One of the most popular chemical technologies today for industrial wastewater treatment involves ionic exchange through polymer flocculation. Under this slow process, a polymer is added to the water and through the resulting generation of positive and negative charges, the polymer attaches to a hazardous chemical. This leads to coagulation, and the resulting material rises to the surface for removal. The process usually takes a number of days.

 The Vortron TowerMaster-HC takes far less time. Field trials demonstrated that the system is successful in removing contaminants after a few second of exposure to industrial wastewater.

 Activated carbon-adsorption technology currently represents the most common process in industrial wastewater treatment. However, activated carbon is effective only with specific contaminants, depending on their molecular size and  water solubility. It is least effective with water-soluble organic compounds, which constitute the majority of natural and industrial-generated chemical wastes.  A supplemental technology used along with activated carbon is air stripping, which is most effective with organic contaminants that are volatile in nature. Consequently, air stripping fails to remove organic contaminants with very low vapor pressures.

 Unlike activated carbon, the Vortron TowerMaster-HC  HC unit acually solubilizes both water soluble and insoluble organic compounds, bonds them to its special filter surface and keeps them from separating and emulsifying. The system can remove mixed emulsions, or oil/water and water/oil along with lipophilic compounds, which are substances that have a strong attraction for fat's, and hydrophilic compounds, which are substances having a strong tendency to bind or absorb water.

WORKING PRINCIPLES OF THE Vortron

First Stage Process

1.              The Vortorn TowerMaster-HC , removes all hydrocarbons from the water. As water moves into the second stage, the Vortorn Filter System  removes semi-soluble and insoluble molecules from many type of liquids. Unlike activated carbon which relies upon physiochemical entrapping water insoluble organic compounds, the Vortron TowerMaster-HC actually solubilizes both water soluble and insoluble organic compounds, bonds them to its surface and keeps them from separating and emulsifying. The Vortron TowerMaster- Hc system can remove mixed emulsions, both oil/water & water/oil with lipophilic and hydrophilic organic compounds. The Vortron TowerMaster- HC also is able to remove a many organically bound metals from the process stream.

           

Second Stage Water Process

Vortronics technology goes further than removing contaminating molecules. It removes the chemical signature structures and restores water to an activated natural state.

1. Vortron TowerMaster-HC moves the positive ions, which in this case of hard water are predominantly calcium ions, into the layer of water in the Vortron TowerMaster-HCchambers. The Calcium ions are expelled from the system, thus the bulk of the water remains unaffected by these events. The Vortron TowerMaster-HC unit expels scale particles; lime,  bacteria can also be controlled, via specific designs of the Vortron TowerMaster-HC .

          2. The Vortron TowerMaster-HC chambers caused pressure variations in the water. Creating an environment of an increase in super saturation ratios in a narrow water volume in the Vortron TowerMaster-HC's chambers. The unit physically removes the precipitates from the surface of the core water and expels it downstream

Remove semi-soluble and insoluble molecules from many types of liquids. The Vortron HC can remove emulsions, both oil/water & water/oil along with lipophilic  and hydrophilic organic compounds. It also is able to remove many organically bound metals from the process stream.

 Elimination and Prevention of Scale

 Due to its unique ability of the Vortron TowerMaster-HC  to expel scale forming particulates in various size ranges, and eliminating the build up of seed crystals thereby preventing the deposition of scale in the system.

Removal of existing Scale

The reduction of the free calcium from solution by the formation of these calcium carbonate crystals, and the solubility at a contestant, water can dissolve more salt, which it tends to pick up from the existing scale in the system thereby desalting scaled up systems under certain conditions. 

Eliminates Recurring Cost, Expensive Chemicals, Regenerative Slats.

The VortronTowerMaster-HC    has no recurring cost as associated with Chemical Dosing or Water softening, as no chemical regenerative salts  are used.

Chemical Composition of the Water changes

The Vortron TowerMaster-HC does not change the chemical composition of water, but instead, changes the physical composition. It makes the water "wetter", by removing scaling salts, lime, and bacteria from a dissolved state to a suspended state, which is expelled from the system, or recalculated over and over again. This is a very important attribute of the Vortron unit. In agriculture and industrial applications the wetter water reaches the plant roots faster and is absorbed by the root system easier than normal well water. Thus, less fertilizer is used because the root system is absorbing the water faster .In industrial applications the flow of water is smoother creating less friction in critical points.

Eliminates recurring Labor Costs.

The Vortron TowerMaster-HC is a fit and forgets system. It does not require any labor, or supervision nor chemical additions, regeneration salts as required for Chemical Dosing and Water Softener systems.

Requires no maintenance

The Vortron TowerMaster-HC  has no moving parts; it requires no replacement of parts or maintenance, other than normal maintenance, replacement of sspecial   HC filters.

Save Fuel consumption

Scale reduces the efficiency resulting in increased energy used, which can rise by up to 40%. In a system, a 5mm fouling of the condenser can result in an increase of power costs by over 30%. Scale build up in a hot water heater can cause damage to the water heater and clogging. As the Vortron TowerMaster-HC  is fitted on line, it is constantly preventing the deposition of scale, thereby saving valuable energy costs as compared to manual desalting systems, which require desalting to be done periodically.  Home systems that have a water softener cannot water their plants from this type of system.

No Energy Consumption

Unlike conventional water treatment systems,the basic   Vortron TowerMaster -HC  does not require any power or electrical inputs. The unit configuration for algae control does requre electricity.,  it opearates on less than a penny a day electricity. And the saviangs contunue as long as you  use the system.

No Pollution

Chemical Dosing and Water Softening Systems necessitate the use of Chemicals, which are hazardous and can cause pollution, and hence have to be treated before water is released in the under-ground water table. The Vortron TowerMaster -HC  on the other hand, does not require the use of any chemicals.

Vortron-HC cans Handle Variable Water Qualities.

In conventional systems of Chemical Dosing and Water softening, the quantity of Chemicals has to be adjusted to the water quality; hence the system has to be closely monitored for variable water qualities. Vortron TowerMaster -HC    on the other hand, is not affected by variable water qualities and can handle water up to any hardness.
